When entering into agreements with Mileage Book, the customer accepts that all information from Mileage Book in connection with the conclusion of the agreement is announced in Danish or English.

ABOUT MILEAGE BOOK
Mileage Book is a system for collecting mileage data as well as handling and administering mileage accounts. The system consists of an app and a website, and data is stored on a cloud-based server solution. The use of the Mileage Book is based on information from the built-in GPS in the customer's smartphone. The Mileage Book app is available for iOS (iPhone) and Android. The app is downloaded for free via the App Store and Google Play. The Mileage Book site is at least compatible with the browsers Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox. To access the site, you must create a subscription via www.mileagebook.com. The Mileage Book app collects mileage data and calculates the customer's approximate position using information from mobile, WiFi and GPS networks. Be aware that GPS accuracy varies depending on the number of visible GPS satellites. In some cases, it may take several minutes to search for all visible satellites, and the accuracy will gradually increase during the search. Recorded driving data is transmitted via WiFi or GPS networks to Mileage Books servers where mileage data is stored. The Mileage Book site is hosted by Microsoft Azure, which has data centers around the world. From www.mileagebook.com you can access your mileage data and, depending on the subscription, the site gives access to a wide range of functions, including being able to see driven trips on a map, edit driven trips, create new trips, manage mileage reimbursements or tax deductions and export of data such as CSV, Excel XML, XML and PDF files. Prices of subscriptions bought via App Store is available in the Mileage Book app.
Payment must be made via QuickPay after the customer has accepted Mileage Book’s general terms and conditions. A payment window will open once the terms hav been accepted. The payment will be charged to the specified payment card efter which the subscription can be used. All payments are completed via secure encrypted connections. For subscriptions with monthly payment, payment for the following month will be drawn on the same day of the month as the first payment. If the first payment was made on January 10th, the next payment will be drawn on February 10th and so on. If the first payment was made om the 29th, 30th, 31th of a month, subsequent payments will be drawn on the same day next month or the last day of the month. For subscriptions with one (1) year prepayment, the next payment will be drawn exactly one year after the first payment. If the first payment wat thus made on January 10th, 2020, the next payment will be drawn on January 10th, 2021. If the first payment was made on February 29th, subsequent payments will be drawn on February 28th. A receipt for the purchase will be sent by email immediately after completion of the transaction.
If you pay via App Store the payment terms of the App Store is in force. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase.
CHANGING OF PAYMENT CARD
If you change payment card, please send an email to email@example.com. We will then delete your card data. Once your card have been deleted, we will send you a confirmation. You must subsequently log in to the Mileage Book website where you will be asked to enter your new card details.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The customer has a right of cancellation, i.e. the right to withdraw from the agreement without reason, within two (2) weeks from entering into the agreement. If the customer wishes to withdraw from the agreement, it must be done through our support. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +45 70 25 11 01.

DURATION AND TERMINATION
There are no binding periods when entering into agreements with Mileage Book. All our subscriptions can thus be terminated with 1 month’s notice until the end of a month. The agreement runs until it is terminated. A subscription can only be canceled in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by letter to Mileage Book A / S, Godthåbsvej 4 1 th, DK-8600 Silkeborg.
SHIPPING OF UNITS
When buying PRO+ or PREMIUM subscriptions, the customer borrow a iBeacon or GPS tracker from Mileage Book. Theese are only shipped to ParcelShop.
For BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE subscription, Mileage Book send units to business addresses.
RETURN OF UNITS
For PRO + subscriptions for iPhone and PREMIUM, Mileage Book lends an iBeacon or a GPS tracker to the customer for use during the subscription. Upon termination of the subscription, the iBeacon or GPS tracker must be returned to Mileage Book no later than 14 days after the subscription has expired. Cost of return is borne by the customer. If the deadline is exceeded, we send an invoice for the purchase of borrowed equipment:

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The subscription and resulting fixed-term right of use are personal and may not be assigned or otherwise made available to third party. The customer undertakes to comply with the general terms and conditions.
THE CUSTOMER AS REFERENCE
The customer accepts that Mileage Book can use the customer as a reference, which will only be done in general terms.
Mileage Book provides no warranty. Mileage Book’s liability is limited such that Mileage Book’s liability in damages can never exceed the payment made by the customer for the relevant subscription. However, if the term og the subscription has exceeded one (1) year, the amount of the liability in damage is limited to the subscription payment for the preceding year. Mileage Book will not be liable for any kind of indirect loss or consequential damage, including but not limited to operating loss, loss of time, loss of data, losses arising from third party services such as erroneous GPS data, loss of profit and loss of tax deduction. Tax deduction for mileage is often based on the shortest distance, which is not always the route chosen by the customer.
Use of units iBeacon and GPS tracker is at the customer's own risk. Mileage Book is not liable for use that cause harm to mobile phone, car or other items.
Mileage Book reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time.
Danish law, with the exception of the Danish international laws rules, applies to any dispute with Mileage Book.
