What is your role at Mileage Book?
I am a Customer Success Manager. I am responsible for a small team where we work together to solve problems and answer questions from our customers. Our customers - from sole proprietorships to large corporations - must all experience a present and extremely high level of service.
What makes working at Mileage Book special?
It is an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I have felt valued and supported by a team that is truly passionate about development and helping our customers. I have been given access to a large window that shows me how small and large companies as well as municipalities and regions handle the administration of their assets. And I find that incredibly exciting. There are no two ways to do it the same. This is where Mileage Book can support all the different workflows for customers.
How would you describe Mileage Book's culture?
The culture at Mileage Book is completely unique. We value collaboration and having fun while doing it. We believe that a good working environment creates the best results, and we support each other in developing ourselves both professionally and personally. It can be compared a bit to a football team. We lift together as a group.
What is the most exciting project you have worked on?
I have been involved in many exciting projects so it is difficult to point to one in particular. They all mean something to me. What motivates me most are projects where we create real value – whether it is about innovation, collaboration or making a positive difference for our customers. I particularly appreciate working on initiatives that effectively move us forward and create long-term results.
What is the best thing about your team and the collaboration here?
The best thing about my team is our strong collaboration, mutual support and shared ambition to create good results for our customers. We work effectively together with trust, openness and high spirits.
What would you say to someone considering applying for a job with us?
