Lots of time saved on the 60-day rule

"There's peace of mind if SKAT should show up and we have more time for other tasks. I would say that Mileage Book has saved the administration 50% in terms of time when working with mileage reports, including the 60-day rule.

Previously, mileage accounting used to take a lot of time. We sat with printed Excel sheets and pens and checked everything manually. "Our project managers frequently visit our construction sites and are quickly affected by the 60-day rule. The most important criterion for us was therefore that the system could handle the 60-day rule without making it more difficult for our employees.

The tax rule had become a headache for us. It was difficult to manage for the employees, who both struggled to understand the rule and had a hard time counting up correctly. At the same time, they didn't really want to spend time on it because it didn't make sense for their daily work tasks. Their focus was just on getting their mileage.
