Frustrated with previous system

We were really tired and frustrated with our previous system. An employee could sometimes spend 30 minutes driving. Driving is rarely a top priority and can get pushed to the end. So it could happen that an employee's mileage didn't make it into the payroll because there was an error in the system and we had to start all over again.

Mileage Book is valid for SKAT

"Mileage Book's mileage accounting works well for everyone and is flexible. Some people primarily use the app on their phone. Some prefer to have an overview on the computer. And for me as an approver, it's nice to have one system where everything is unified and standardized, rather than individual ways of doing it. At the same time, we now have a valid system we can rely on if SKAT shows up.

Now it works completely smoothly. With an easy API integration to Danløn, runs are sent to payroll with a single click. Our external accountant then runs the payroll.

Setup that suits us exactly

We have three real estate agencies on the Mileage Book system. Of these, 12 are remote employees. We have the option of a mixed setup according to taste. Some run with automatic start-stop, while others like to control it manually."
